As a product manager at NE47 Bio, you will lead product development for our OpenProtein.AI web platform. You will work with stakeholders and customers to define and plan product requirements, manage project schedules, de-risk features, and communicate between stakeholders and engineers. OpenProtein.AI is a scientist-oriented web platform providing diverse protein engineering and analysis tools. This spans infrastructure, UI/UX, and complex machine learning and bioinformatics algorithms. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and converting these into new features and development directions while also understanding our technology’s capabilities to inform the product roadmap and growth.

As a machine learning engineer at NE47 Bio, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, training, and deploying machine learning models for our OpenProtein.AI platform. As part of the machine learning team, you will analyze protein sequence, structure, and function data to develop new algorithms, benchmark and evaluate existing algorithms, and deploy those algorithms in the cloud. You will work closely with the backend and frontend teams to ensure that models are production ready and deployed efficiently and that users are able to interact with and easily interpret model predictions. You will also work closely with management and other stakeholders to understand scientific requirements and plan and develop new features and the algorithms behind them. As part of this, you should expect to work with state-of-the-art machine learning models (Transformers and RNNs), Bayesian methods (Gaussian processes, ensembles, and Markov-chain Monte Carlo), and optimization techniques for sequence design (genetic algorithms and Bayesian optimization).

As a computational biologist/bioinformatician at NE47 Bio, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying data analysis pipelines, developing algorithms to analyze, and creating data visualizations for biological sequence and structure data as part of our OpenProtein.AI platform. You will work with the software engineering and ML teams to implement and deploy algorithms for evolutionary sequence analysis, structure analysis, search, and annotation. You will work closely with the frontend team to develop data visualizations and pages and components, allowing users to analyze and derive insights from their data to design new proteins. You will also work closely with the backend and machine learning teams and other stakeholders to understand our capabilities and user needs and bring these together to deliver new features and improve existing ones.

As a frontend developer at NE47 Bio, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the user interface for our OpenProtein.AI platform. OpenProtein.AI is a scientist-oriented web platform providing diverse protein engineering and analysis tools. This spans infrastructure, UI/UX, and complex machine learning and bioinformatics algorithms. You will work as part of the frontend team to design new features, pages, and components, allowing users to analyze and derive insights from their data to design new proteins. You will work closely with the backend and machine learning teams and other stakeholders to understand our capabilities and user needs and bring these together to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
